1. Who we are
Weft is a software-as-a-service product operated by Arlualo LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with its principal place of business at 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801. In these terms, "Weft", "we", "us" and "our" all refer to Arlualo LLC. "You" and "your" refer to the legal entity or natural person that registers for or uses the service.
2. The service
Weft is a multi-tenant after-sales tool for Shopify merchants. The service ingests email and Slack messages from accounts you connect, classifies them, drafts AI replies grounded in your Shopify order data, and lets you review and send those replies. We may add or remove features over time.
3. Your account
To use Weft you must create an account, agree to these terms, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you sign up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Weft. The service is not intended for personal, non-commercial use; it is built for businesses that operate Shopify stores.
4. Free trial and paid plans
New accounts get a 14-day trial of the Growth tier at no charge. After the trial, you must add a payment method to keep using the service; if you do not, your account will be locked until you do. Pricing is published at /pricing. Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Unused portions of a billing period are not refundable except as set out in our refund policy.
5. AI usage and limits
Each plan includes a monthly quota of AI-generated replies. Drafts above your quota incur per-reply overage fees as listed at /pricing. We meter usage in real time and you can see your current usage inside the app. We may temporarily pause draft generation if you exceed daily ceilings (your monthly quota divided by 15) to prevent runaway costs.
AI drafts are suggestions written by a language model. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending it to a customer. We do not warrant that drafts are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
No automatic sending. Weft does not send a draft to your customer without an explicit human approval step — the operator clicks "Send" in the inbox or reacts in Slack with the configured approval emoji. Auto-translate (which translates an inbound email into your team's working language on arrival) and auto-classification (spam / order_inquiry / etc.) run without operator review, but they only modify what you see in the inbox; they never communicate with the end customer.
6. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you put into Weft. We process that data on your behalf as your processor in the sense of the GDPR. Our data processing addendum sets out the terms of that processing, including the sub-processors we use and the security measures we apply. We do not sell your data.
You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit, display and process your data only to the extent necessary to provide the service. If you delete your account, we delete your customer data within 30 days unless we are required by law to keep it longer.
7. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not allow anyone to:
- use Weft to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited bulk communications;
- use Weft to send messages that are unlawful, defamatory, or infringe third-party rights;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our source code;
- circumvent rate limits, quotas, or other technical restrictions;
- resell, sublicense, or use the service to operate a competing product;
- upload material that contains malware, child sexual abuse material, or content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where you or your customers operate.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice when reasonably possible.
8. Third-party services
Weft connects to third-party services such as Shopify, Slack, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Stripe and our AI providers (DeepSeek, Anthropic). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their outages, decisions, or pricing changes. If a third party we depend on becomes unavailable for an extended period, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to find an alternative.
9. Intellectual property
The Weft service, including its software, design, logos and documentation, is owned by Arlualo LLC and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service during your subscription, subject to these terms.
10. Service level
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime on the Scale and Infinite tiers. We do not promise a specific level of uptime on Free or Growth, although we operate them on the same infrastructure. Where we materially miss our target on a paid plan, we will credit a prorated portion of that month's fees on request. Scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events are excluded.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Arlualo LLC, its officers, employees and agents from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your data, (b) your use of the service in violation of these terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right. We will indemnify you against any third-party claim that the service, used as permitted by these terms, infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, subject to standard procedural requirements.
13. Term and termination
These terms continue until terminated by either party. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice and a chance to cure (where curable). On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete your data per section 6.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you continue using the service after the effective date, you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except that nothing in this clause limits our right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court. Customers established in the European Union retain any non-waivable rights they have under the law of their country of residence.
